Governor Walz, in conjunction with the Minnesota Department of Health, announced a brand new ad campaign targeted towards citizens who are uneasy about the COVID-19 vaccine that will be arriving in cold storages around the state soon. His name is “Happy” and he loves squirting his magical powers in all Minnesotans, young and old.
The ad campaign drew instant criticism from some groups who argued the campaign’s messaging was directed towards a younger, more susceptible audience. But Health Dept Commissioner Jan Malcolm fired back. “The Governor’s campaign is meant for those of all ages who prefer to receive this new level of government control in a happy, feel-good sorta way”.
At this point, the priority for receiving the vaccine in the state goes front line workers first, followed by the Minnesota Senate (average age 73), mall Santas, Minnesota House, liquor store workers then citizens starting at age 90 and above.
